biodex test passed , promote POP phase 2 .

weee , i passed my biodex test for my right leg .
difference of 32.9% between my left and right . lols .
and jitao started POP phase 2 exercises today ! haha .
good good , im doing very well now .
im sure i can promote v soon , according to the therapist . =D

now concentrate on building my right leg de strength .
asap full recover den i can play soccer liao !
super long nvr play , leg v itchy liao . haha .

dinner's so full ! =x

ooh my . dinner's so full ! LOL
was actually going to fajar to eat .
but its so packed and noisy ! =x
got mini concert there , my god . cha ga buay si !
in the end , our whole family went to batok and eat . haha

she tis durian queen , but also good .
